We specialise in elegant, high-quality event services including standard photo booths, 360° experiences, and custom branding options for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. Our mission is to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience with style, professionalism, and innovation.
Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions are the standard conditions by which EEBOOTHS (the “Supplier”) agrees with the Client to supply the Service specified in this Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the whole Agreement and the confirmation e-mail (the “Agreement”) between the Client and Supplier. This Agreement supersedes all prior Agreements. These Terms and Conditions can only be varied if expressed in writing by the Supplier.
1. DEFINITIONS
• • In these Terms and Conditions the words below will bear the meaning indicated.
• • Agreement: Terms and Conditions and the confirmation e-mail
• • Service: Supply of the photo booth hire at the Event outlined in the confirmation e-mail
• • Booking Fee: agreed in the confirmation e-mail for the Service
• • Event: date, location and hire period specified in the confirmation e-mail
2. CONFIRMATION
• • Once the non-refundable deposit has been received and the confirmation e-mail has been issued to the Client, this Agreement will be binding.
3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
• • The Client must provide a solid flat empty cubic space of 2.5M (L) x 1.5M (W) x 2.1M (H) and access to a 240V mains socket within 3 feet. If the booth is located in an open area, extension leads and floor tape are required. The Client agrees to supply these.
• • The Client must allow access 1.5 hours before start time.
• • Client is responsible for parking space and any ULEZ (£12.50) / Congestion (£11.50) charges.
• • Client is responsible for damage caused to equipment. Full repair or replacement cost will apply.
• • If Supplier is delayed due to Client, all losses are Client’s responsibility.
4. SUPPLIER OBLIGATIONS
• • The Supplier will provide the Service. If unable to do so, the Client will be refunded 95% of the fee.
• • No additional compensation or damages will be considered.
5. PAYMENT
• • Full payment due 14 days before the Event. Non-payment = cancellation without refund.
• • Cash on the day accepted only if paid before setup.
• • All promo bookings must be paid in advance.
6. CANCELLATION
• • All deposits are non-refundable.
• • Cancellations must be in writing via email to eebooths@hotmail.com.
• • Less than 3 days notice = full payment due.
• • Weather-related cancellations not accepted.
• • Bookings within 14 days = 50% cancellation charge.
7. GENERAL
• • Booth attendant may stop service due to abuse or danger to equipment—no refund will be issued.
• • Equipment and images remain property of Supplier.
• • Operational time must be 90%+ of hire period.
• • Printer failure = reprints mailed in 7 days. Camera failure = 25% refund. Image loss = 10% refund.
• • Copyright of all digital content remains with Supplier.
• • Client grants Supplier permission to use event images unless opted out in writing.
• • All images discarded after 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
8. LIABILITY
• • Supplier not liable for indirect damages or delays.
• • Total liability limited to Booking Fee.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
• • Neither party liable for delays caused by events beyond control, including acts of God, fire, strike, pandemic, or equipment failure.
10. THIRD PARTY RIGHT
• • No third party rights under this Agreement (Contracts Act 1999).
11. LAW
• • This Agreement is governed by English law under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
