4. Images, Videos and Event Content

As part of our services, we may capture photographs, videos, GIFs, 360 videos and other digital media at events.

Images and event content may be used to provide the service you booked, including prints, downloads, digital galleries, guest books and customer delivery.

EEBooths may use selected images for marketing, portfolio or promotional purposes unless you have opted out in writing or unless a separate consent requirement applies.

For nursery, school, children’s photography or safeguarding-sensitive events, images will only be handled in line with the relevant booking agreement, consent arrangements and safeguarding expectations. We do not knowingly use children’s images for public marketing without appropriate consent.

Unless otherwise agreed, event images may be deleted after 14 days. Where VIP galleries, nursery galleries or extended storage have been agreed, images may be stored for a longer agreed period.
