TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Space Requirements:
   - The client must provide a minimum space of 10ft square for the setup of the EEBOOTHS 360 Photo Booth.


   - The designated space should be clear, flat, and free from any obstacles or hazards that may obstruct the installation or operation of the booth.

2. Power Requirements:
   - The client must provide access to a reliable mains power source near the setup area.
   - EEBOOTHS requires a standard electrical outlet (230V, 50Hz) within 10 feet of the booth location.
   - It is the client's responsibility to ensure that an appropriate power supply is available and that it meets the necessary electrical requirements.

3. Parking Space:
   - The client must provide a free parking space in close proximity to the venue for the purpose of unloading and loading the EEBOOTHS 360 Photo Booth equipment.
   - The parking space should be suitable to accommodate a vehicle and the necessary equipment without incurring any parking fees or restrictions.

4. Booking and Payment:
   - A reservation deposit is required to secure the booking for the EEBOOTHS 360 Photo Booth. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event.
   - Payments can be made via cash, check, or electronic transfer, as agreed upon between EEBOOTHS and the client.
   - In the event of cancellation by the client, the reservation deposit may be non-refundable, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the contract or agreement.

5. Use of Images:
   - By using the EEBOOTHS 360 Photo Booth, the client acknowledges and grants EEBOOTHS the right to use the images captured during the event for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
   - EEBOOTHS will ensure that any images used will be done so in a respectful manner and will not violate the client's privacy or rights.

6. Indemnification:
   - The client agrees to indemnify and hold EEBOOTHS harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the 360 Photo Booth during the event.
   - EEBOOTHS will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of equipment and guests, but the client assumes responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by misuse or negligence.

7. Equipment Malfunction:
   - While EEBOOTHS strives to provide a seamless experience, in the event of equipment malfunction or technical difficulties, EEBOOTHS will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the equipment promptly.
   - In the case of a complete system failure or inability to provide the agreed-upon services, EEBOOTHS will refund a prorated portion of the fee paid by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   - EEBOOTHS shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the 360 Photo Booth, including but not limited to lost profits, damages to property, or personal injury, except where prohibited by law.

9. Compliance with Laws and Venue:
   - The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions required by local authorities for the use of the EEBOOTHS 360 Photo Booth.


   - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • By proceeding with the booking and use of the EEBOOTHS 360 Photo Booth, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above, including the compliance with UK laws.
